UI/UX and Product Designer

Job Description
ONINO is looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX and Product Designer to drive the design of our platform, enhancing the experience for customers and end-users alike. In this role, you will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand identity and the unique requirements of our blockchain-based marketplace. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the product’s look, feel, and functionality from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centered design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications, focusing on user flow, visual hierarchy, and engagement.
• Design user interfaces that balance functionality, usability, and aesthetics, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across the platform.
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Define and maintain ONINO’s design system, creating a cohesive visual language that supports modular tokenization features.
• Work on cross-functional teams to translate business goals into effective design strategies and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices, especially within the fintech and blockchain industries.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, ideally within a tech startup or software environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in conducting user research and translating findings into impactful designs.
• Understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Familiarity with blockchain or fintech is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
