Web3 Marketing Professional

ONINO is seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Professional to lead our marketing initiatives and support our mission to redefine asset tokenization. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build ONINO’s brand, grow our user base, and drive engagement across digital and industry channels. Working closely with the product, design, and sales teams, you’ll have a significant impact on shaping how our customers and the public perceive our platform. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate on content creation, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to position ONINO as a thought leader in the tokenization space.
• Manage and grow ONINO’s social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific forums.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
• Identify and organize participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance ONINO’s visibility and network.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, influencers, and the blockchain community to promote ONINO’s mission and values.
• Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and blockchain industry developments to ensure ONINO remains a market leader.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or growth marketing, ideally within a tech or fintech startup.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
• Experience in content marketing and social media management.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Passion for blockchain and tokenization technology; familiarity with the industry is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
